Shipping Methods

No minimum orders. Order just one or a truckload — we’re happy to send exactly what you need. 

We will shipp via Canada Post/Purolator/USP/Fedex or other freight carriers. Orders are generally shipped in 2-3 business days from the time of purchase (excluding custom orders). If your order contains any out of stock items you will be contacted and updated. The shipping fee is determined by the weight and dimensions of your order, your ship to location and the level of service.

All items ship FOB origin. Your actual freight charges will be quoted from our sales team after we receive your Request for Quote.

Our products ship from our warehouse located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada will arrive customs and duty collect. Please be aware of local regulations before you order. During the Holiday Season (November to January) it is possible for shipments to take twice as long to arrive due to volume and customs delays.

Order Tracking Numbers

We will provide the tracking number after dispatch your order to the carrier.

Cancelled Order

If an order is cancelled after dispatching to the carrier, the shipping costs and a $50 USD restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
